After exiting the area where Flapjack struck Quillium, Phira decided to do some scouting and found another area of Treespeak where they could potentially return Chubbers to his home.
However, after seeing an Elephant Kindred leaving that Treespeak, Phira noticed the rot had corrupted it, and opening a portal could allow the rot to spread to Chubbers's home as well.
Phira went to check on Quillium in bird form and was able to overhear a conversation between Quillium, Siven, and Lennette in which it was revealed that Siven had threatened to burn Quillium's home to the ground if he didn't get Chubbers back for them.
The three of them went to find the Belligerents at another Treespeak, anticipating the group would try to open another portal.
Phira returned to the group and they decided to go confront Quillium and the elves, and made their way to an inner sanctum of Wasacha with one of the largest confluences of natural energy.
Siven continued to make threats, but Quillium forgave Flapjack for hitting him, and told the group he was doing what he thoughts was best for Wilder.
When Frog informed him that the elves didn't have the standing or the forces to back up their threats, Quillium told the elves off.
Before leaving, Siven and Lennette both had a moment addressing the Belligerents, both conversations only leaving the relationship worse off than how it had started, though they both left in relative peace.
Quillium thanked the group, but also told them he no longer wanted them as advisors, as giving the elves two beasts from another plane so they could ride them into battle seemed a small price to pay for improving relations between Wilder and Lyr'Lowain, so he now questioned their judgement.
However, he thanked them as friends, and appreciated how they helped him come out of his shell.
The group rested and awoke the next morning to the sounding of bells -- the election of the Kindred Isle had begun.
